ABN AMRO organises a special session on how to strengthen your finances and make managing your money a priority. Join this workshop and get practical tips on how to start building your investment portfolio!
3. Improve your wellbeing in the workplace by Rituals
If we want to get more women in decision making roles, we need to focus on the wellbeing of women. This workshop will be about reducing women’s stress level, both at work & at home, and making them more rested and energized.
During this breakout session, Rituals will will offer you various tools for wellbeing. You are going to learn about the importance of sleep for your brain, the importance of relaxation and consequences of stress on your body & mental health, and we will teach you some breathing exercises for deep focus.
